Victorian Title Sanctioning Rules and Boxing Conduct Rules

The rules by which professional boxing is conducted are developed and issued by the Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Board.  These rules address weights, gloves, licensing of boxers, fouls and so on.  They do not address Victorian titles.  These rules which are entitled “Rules for the Proper Conduct of Boxing in Victoria” are attached together with a summary of these rules.

The rules for the sanctioning of Victorian titles are developed and issued by the Australian Boxing Federation Victorian Branch.  These rules cover applying for a Victorian title fight, sanctioning guidelines, rules for losing the title and so on.  These rules which are entitled “ABF Rules for Victorian Titles Mar12” are attached.
